Francisco buys its water from Pike Gibson and resells it to the Francisco customers. When Pike Gibson does a water increase then Francisco does the same increase to keep our costs in line with what we are charged. These changes are always advertised and a note put on the water bill when to expect the increase. We do not have a water treatment plant. The current minimum charge for 2500 gallons of water is $42.91, plus tax. Out of town minimum charge is more.
